New investor in the Nashville area seeking mentorship

Hello! My name is Marvin Njike, 26 years old, Sergeant in the U.S. Army (Active duty) stationed in the Tennessee area. I am driven and hungry to become a real estate investor and I'm looking for mentorship (preferably in the Nashville/Clarksville area). This may not be the appropriate way to look for it but it's worth a shot! What I have to offer is I can be a birddog, I can drive for dollars, and I fly drones, so I can use my drone skills to get you great shots/videos of properties/land you're selling.
