Newbie from Portland, OR

Hi BP community,

My name is Josh and I live in the Portland Oregon area. I've been a lurker for a while, and recently my wife has started listening to the BP podcasts, as we are thinking of jumping into the SFH rental market. We've owned one rental before (unintentional landlords due to a move) and loved it, so we are in the process of using Bigger Pockets regularly now as we begin our research.

We are currently focused on the Nashville / Hendersonville / Gallatin area of Tennessee as we have family there who can assist with first hand knowledge, but are exploring all options, and are open to any/all ideas and advice!

Just wanted to say hi and look forward to interacting with the community here.
