Yes it is very unprecedented times and I worry that the worst is still ahead of us, as far as a potential housing crisis that ensue in the upcoming months depending on how long this lasts and what happens with rent / mortgages, but I do think real estate is a safer investment than stocks right now in the fact that you won't see houses fluctuate 30% in one month, but there definitely is a lot of fear and uncertainty in my local market right now for sure. 

Rebellions around the world ensued, and in short order the great monarchies of the world were overthrown.

These "woke" owners have no backbone...weak management via conflict avoidance.Worse yet they label all the damage that ensues as "normal wear and tear" and expect the rest of usto lower our standards too.LOL! 

Just watch the news over the next 6+ mos as many fringe homeowners (folks that went all in with their last $45k to buy with no savings net) lose their homes while unemployed during this pandemic and the ensuing shakeout.

Celebration ensues.

Different sectors of real estate will be affected differently by the coronavirus crisis and ensuing recession.

They connect to most existing camera systems and get real time alerts when there is an event that triggers an alert and then takes the appropriates action (calls management or the police ) to ensue that the premises are always secure.

Yet, for some reason, insanity ensues as one does the same thing over and over expecting a different result.

Clearly the ensuing real estate market downturn is not going to look like the previous.

My GC partner would do initial repairs (at cost) and then any ensuing maintenance throughout lease term.
