Virtual Security - Live Monitoring
Hi Bigger Pockets!
I was presented an opportunity to get involved with. Company that does live video monitoring. They connect to most existing camera systems and get real time alerts when there is an event that triggers an alert and then takes the appropriates action (calls management or the police ) to ensue that the premises are always secure. I have seem some of the video footage where they prevented property damage or unwanted loitering.
Does anyone pay or interested in a service like this?
To me it seems like a untapped industry but wanted to get some feedback before I jump in.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

Yeah, it seems to work really well in certain situations.
In places like multi family it’s hard to determine who should and shouldn’t be there. You don’t want the police called on residents.
It works really well in places where there shouldn’t be anyone at certain times. Car dealership yards , bus yards... etc.
