Real Estate Buying and Selling in the Midst of the Coronavirus

I would love to hear some thoughts on if investors are still buying and actively putting properties on the market, or waiting until all of this blows over.  I've had several active buyers wanting to wait for various reasons; income, job security, lack of access, rent uncertainty.  But on the other hand, I have several buyers who are actively looking and feeling like it's a great time to invest because there's less competition, and some seller's might be more eager to sell.

Warren Buffett's famous line is to be Fearful when people are Greedy, and to be Greedy when people are Fearful!  But these are definitely unprecedented times and would love to hear some thoughts on your current strategies right now and how you're doing business in this new reality.
