Hi @Jordan Lagrassa - Use this for a "Vision Board" -   Every 1000 postcards you send you will get about 15 calls, of which 5 are serious. 

Look through all the listings your office has and see which ones you'd like to hold open, then reach out to those agents and ask them if you can have an open house.Ask the top agents in your office if they can refer you to any leads... buyers, sellers, renters (making $50 is better than ZERO).Farm some neighborhoods you'd like to work in with postcards.
