what would you consider a good number of people on a list to start mailing too when first starting out?

Hi @Jordan Lagrassa - Use this for a "Vision Board" -   Every 1000 postcards you send you will get about 15 calls, of which 5 are serious.  That is considered a 1.5% response rate. Which, in direct mail is a actually a good thing.  Now, do that 3 times. - That will net:   45 calls, 15 serious and perhaps one under contract.  If you get a deal and make about 10k, you would have spent about 15-20% of your dollars on direct mail.  GoBig - Can't catch a fish without fishing...
