Using a Virtual Assistant to Screen leads
I want to utilize a virtual assistant to speak with every seller that calls from my post cards.
Is anyone out there using a virtual assistant? If so, how do you pay them? How much are you paying them? And what information do you have them collect from sellers?

Using a virtual assistant is like using virtual toilet paper, expect to end up with a lot of Sh*t on your hands.
