I won't connect the dots but any lawyer on here will attest the truth of a court order that would order divestiture of any interest in any enterprise, including real estate.And no, I don't feel bad about shutting down a business that scams the public.

I'm the enterprising type, and my answer is going to be very stereotypical of this. 

NH does not recognize pass-through entities, so you may be on the hook for Business Profit Tax (BPT) and/or Business Enterprise Tax (BET), depending on your individual circumstances.

Further to this, can an individual ("A") combine residential real estate rentals (two properties) held in a two-member partnership (husband "A" and unrelated individual "B") with other jointly owned (husband "A" and wife "AA") for purposes of a real estate "enterprise"? 

As the "risk premium" continues to drop because it has basically become acceptable, and even legal in some states, the rates will be driven to what it takes to operate at a "normal" profit, given the low risk of the enterprise (except general farming/crop/price risks).

They are a large listing company so they will have properties and depending on the area you want to buy they would be a good company to start talking to.Other companies like Enterprise, Renshaw, Revid, MPM and even Crestcore all manage property for investors, they are all quality companies and all are licensed and able to show you listings as well.  

Just no business enterprise running out of it.
