New to BP from Minot, NoDak!

First, I would like to say hello and am very excited to be apart of BP! 

I was referred to BP by my best friend, John, and after spending roughly a month listening to the podcasts during my commute, my workouts and when mowing the grass, I decided it was time to join and further my education.

My wife, Brittany, and I have been seeking a way to establish passive income for our long term goal of early retirement and the freedom to travel where and when we desire.  We both work full time jobs and have two young kids, a girl age 3.5 years and a boy age 5 mo.  I am Active Duty (AD) USAF flying helicopters and my wife works HR from home for a Correctional Healthcare company.  We just moved to Minot, ND, but were previously stationed in: Spokane, WA; Albuquerque, NM; Enterprise, AL; and Columbus, MS.  I am originally from, and still have family in, a small town 45 mins North of Pittsburgh, PA.  I went to Purdue University (Boiler Up!) for my undergrad and am currently working on my Masters degree through Embry-Riddle Aero University online.

Brittany and I are working on the education phase of our Real Estate Investing business venture.  We are currently trying to answer the multitude of questions that seem to be exponentially growing and formulate a Business Plan before we dive into acquiring our first property.  We believe buy-and-hold, small multi-family (2 to 4 doors) rental properties and outsourcing the property management will best suit hectic lifestyle, but we have not decided on a location as of yet.

Well hey, that is us in short.  I am excited to be apart of the BP community and look forward to talking with all of you!
