A quick google search and I learned it was the house of an elderly person who had been harassing neighbors (kids and adults walking by) for years.

One proposal by Assemblyman David Chiu (D-San Francisco) would bar landlords from disclosing information about immigration status in order to intimidate, harass or evict tenants without following proper procedures.

A question for this forum and a bit off topic - how can I assist an elderly, disabled tenant that has been harassed into signing a form that she does not understand, on the pretext of eviction, based on threats from a landlord about losing her assets or having them repossessed?

She had a system to essentially harass the money out of people or make their lives miserable.

Nothing specific in regards to harassing and abusing on-site staff and contractors at this point. 

If they gave me too much difficulty I'd have filed a report for harassment etc. and continued with the removal. 

@Troy Nonnemacher -  I was super surprised too when we got those calls and /or postcards returned in envelopes saying to take them off.My fav so far has been a crazy, older lady who called a dozen or so times a day (until I blocked her) threatening to call the police and her lawyer because I was the one harassing her.  :-)Best quote: “I ain’t sellin nothin to nobody!!”

On the bright side I love  my subs and GC and we joke and sexually harass each other mercilessly - now these guys I hire every time as we have an equal and respectful relationship of don't give a d**n.

We assure staff are getting necessary training on fair housing, sexual harassment, and so much more.10.
