how to evict a horrible tenant

ive had this tenant for about 2 years now and hes a menace. He sends inappropriate text messages (pictures on mens genitals) among other things calling me bad words and what not. Are these grounds for eviction? anybody ever have a similar situation, any suggestions?thanks

@Jay Ben, does the tenant pay and take decent care of the place? If the tenant is really an issue, I would think there would be more clear and substantive reasons to evict them.

If they have been there 2 years? Why did you renew their original lease if they are such a menace to you?

If they aren't doing anything else you can evict them for, why would they be menacing towards you at all?!? I mean, you didn't mention anything you could complain to them about where they would feel a reason to call you bad words etc.
