The townhouse we are looking at has a Certificate of No Harassment in place, open violations and a vacate order.

What if there is sexual-harassment involved? 

Website is standard...the thing is, if they get your info they will literally harass you with phone calls from some place in India.

Imagine someone harassing your girlfriend, damaging your property, using or selling illicit drugs, dog biting you or your other tenants and creating a flea or noise issue, or any number of other potential issues.

I have already reached out to Facebook reporting her for harassment and to the original group she called me a scammer on (I did give the admin my addresses to validate since there are group rules about scamming).  

Then you end up getting harassed by some jackass who acts like he owns the place and you have to cover his paycheck.

They said they accidentally rented to a sex offender, and got the neighbors harassing him all the time almost getting his lisence revoked.

People will distance themself from him because his mouth is borderline - harassment of tenants.

Harassment is against the law.

Adding to this - any insurance agents here who can take the time to walk me through options rather than just send me a quote then harass me to sign pls message me :)
