The joined calendar will allow you to list on all platforms without running into issues with overlapping bookings. 

So, unless the contract dates overlapped, that shouldn't be illegal.

It overlaps because usually the mortgagee handles( includes portions )the property taxes with the monthly billing they send the mortgagor.
