I realize this number will depend on your personal financial and life situation, but what percentage of your overall investment portfolio should be allocated to investment real estate? What is considered a conservative allocation, moderate, or aggressive? Thanks, Hyuma

I am essentially 100% real estate. That is both because of the opportunity in real estate and also that is what I know best.

Your risk goes down as your knowledge goes up. Your portfolio should be weighted towards the invetments you know best. The less you know about investing the more impoortant diversification is.
