I've already spoken with Lima One Capital, but seeing many bad reviews from them, I'm hoping I can find a better lender to use.

I was in Peru back in March when landslides happened all over Lima and literally every water and soda bottle on the shelves sold out and while Peru is just a small market of KO's overall market, the fact was they literally couldn't keep any water bottle or soda bottle on the shelves because people were scared and when people get scared they buy up everything.

I was actually stationed a stones throw from you, I was at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton last year (did all 4 years there)Been up to the Kewpee burger joint in Lima a couple times.

Please don't suggest Lima One Capital.

I have been shopping it around with Corevest, Lima One (who I have both used before) and my local lenders as well but I am looking for any other recommendations of lenders you have worked with for this sort of loan.

Look up Lima One in your area.  

@Elizabete De Lima I originally lived there, rented it out and bought my current home.

I got my start in a little town in Ohio called Lima, right on I-75.

Hopefully not Lima one.
