We want to know where the movers and shakers for wholesaling are around the country and which ones are the most competitive markets for wholesaling houses. I believe is Houston, TX and Phoenix, AZ are on the top Markets. Tell me yours and why. Thank you.

I can tell you for sure that wholesaling works all up and down the east coast, in fact, coast to coast. We work with HomeVestors franchises all over the country (over 900 of them) and they're all doing wholesaling successfully. 

My franchise is in North Carolina and we wholesale about 50 houses per year. We're only 1 of close to 40 franchises in the state, all doing the same thing. The key to wholesaling has nothing to do with where you are and everything to do with knowing how to do it.

Wholesaling? I'm a fan. Everyone should be doing it!
