Lenders for foreign investors?
Hi everyone,
I am an Australian who already has a portfolio of properties in Australia. I just recently bought my first property in the U.S. This property is in Indianapolis and doing very well. I paid cash for this, but am now looking for a lender for my second one. Does anyone know of a reputable lender that can finance foreign investors? Please don't suggest Lima One Capital. They are terrible.
Kevin

Hi kevin,
did you go to the US to buy your property ?
they are much more affordable than here in the uk, i'm thinking also about investing there. i could buy 3 property's for the price of one here
