Hey, I am getting ready to do another portfolio refinance composed of 6 single families, sub 1mm total value. I have been shopping it around with Corevest, Lima One (who I have both used before) and my local lenders as well but I am looking for any other recommendations of lenders you have worked with for this sort of loan. I am most interested in long term fixed rates, the best rates, low or no prepayment, low fees. Thank you for any recommendations.
