@Tj Hines networking on LinkedIn or going to virtual or in person conferences are great ways to find what you are looking for. Congratulations and good luck on your syndication journey. Now is a great time to get into it especially in the sunbelt.

@Sahil Relan smart move installing cameras around your property. Simpli safe and reolink (available at amazon) I know have good cameras that are either solar powered or don't require wifi. Good luck!

@Chad Lundquist great question, I agree with @Account Closed refinancing could be a smart decision. The equity you built in those three properties are not producing like you would hope so refreshing and purchasing new projects could be a good idea. Good luck!

@Justin Goodin all the good points,  interesting read. Having a strategic smart plan laid out is always helpful along with networking as much as you can in the industry. Obviously not everything is going to go as planned but it will be comforting knowing that you have resources/ a plan to combat any situation

@Jessica Lascase welcome to the multifamily investment world, have you thought about syndication at all? It is a great way to enter a market that one may not be able to also opens up possibilities of investing in bigger projects. From my experience in Mass, Attleboro and Brockton are good starters to look at. Good luck!

@Luke Lattimer great question, from what I have seen is not always but commonly

@Justin Goodin great list, I would also add updates as well like weather related and also to your quarterly reports go into more detail outside of the financials

@Monica C. the Handsoff investor by Brian Burke is a great book for someone new to the syndication world. As well as Rich Dad, Poor dad

@John Casmon thanks for sharing that information, always great to learn from past experiences and others in the industry. What markets are you in?

@Ken Primrose studying and analyzing the market itself is super helpful to make sure the numbers you are looking to obtain are realistic. Good luck!
