In your opinion, how has syndication investing changed during Covid times?

I agree complete @Taylor L., why go out on your own when you could work with a team of professionals who do exactly what you are looking to invest in for a living. Great points!

The Hands off Investor by Brian Burke would be a great tool to understand using syndications and why they are helpful in the short term and long run. 

In your opinion, why should individuals work with syndicators compared to going out on your own investing particularly in the multifamily sector? 

I specialize in multifamily but in our market(s) we have out performed and are staying busy during Covid 

Agree @Matthew, BRRRR although possible does make it a little bit more difficult cash out all of your equity. Texas still is a great state to invest in with a lot of opportunity.
