I agree complete @Taylor L., why go out on your own when you could work with a team of professionals who do exactly what you are looking to invest in for a living. Great points!

In your opinion, why should individuals work with syndicators compared to going out on your own investing particularly in the multifamily sector?

I specialize in multifamily but in our market(s) we have out performed and are staying busy during Covid

Agree @Matthew, BRRRR although possible does make it a little bit more difficult cash out all of your equity. Texas still is a great state to invest in with a lot of opportunity.

Hi my name is William Costello and I am  new to the BiggerPockets community. I am an investment associate at Gray Capital located in Indianapolis, IN. Gray Capital is a commercial real estate investment and asset management firm. We work with family offices, individual investors and institutions to build and preserve wealth through diversified portfolios of cash flowing real assets.
