Syndication book recommendations?

I'm currently reading Best Ever Apartment Syndication by Joe Fairless and recently finished Raising Capital for Real Estate by Hunter Thompson -- both came recommended and really enjoy them with tons of good info.

I work in marketing/investor relations for a syndication company and also invest in other syndications. I'm always looking to learn more and would love to see what others found helpful!

What are your book recommendations for syndications and why? Thanks!

@Monica C. the Handsoff investor by Brian Burke is a great book for someone new to the syndication world. As well as Rich Dad, Poor dad
