Where your in St. George @Jim Huish ever took a look at foreclosures in Las Vegas? I saw some 4 plex there... needed some serious  rehab but they were low price... just a thought.

I look in Pocatello for deals I am in Northern Utah but not afraid of the drive.. What are you trying to do.. or look for?

I have a Property with TWO buildings on it. One Duplex one 5 Plex, I have purchased the property and Now need rehab money I need 150K, what are some resources that could loan me this money? It would have to be in 2nd position on the property as there is a 1st lien on the property, Only need it for like 15 months,,, however if given the right terms could go a lot longer... What is the best way, I have been to a bank and a Credit union and with TWO buildings on the Same Deed they don't seem to want to touch it?? Help? ARV on the property would be about 600K.

Is the fire out?  this year maybe strange with the mountain burning down there.. 

@James Yoder I am an IT Guy we have a Cross Dock in Columbia City I go out about 4 times a year to visit that site.. I travel about two weeks of the year so I get to see a lot of this great country.. Been coming out there for about 15 years.

Looking for a guy on the ground in Fort Wayne and Columbia City.. I will ping ya when I come out..
