Hi im a new investor in the state of Utah seeking help. My loan has already been reviewd along with my fund, everything is good to go. I need some guidance to work with the right person or team . I am interested in multi families or fixer uppers, i know the inventory low but i have seen some things out there. I would like a triplex or fourplex Max budget of 350k ty!
