Anyone have any success with short term vacation rentals in the Brian Head, Utah area?  Condo's seem reasonably priced and off some decent amenities.

Hello everyone, this seems to be an old thread, but anyone has any updates on Brian Head STR? I'm thinking about that area but the information presented here brought up some good questions. Wondering if anyone else has invested and is that going?
