Hello! I'm James Yoder, 27, a Sales Manager for a Cadillac dealership in the Hoosier state! My cousin and I were brainstorming some things the other day and he mentioned the "cash flow quadrant" which I was like huhhh. So, of course after that I picked up Rich Dad Poor Dad and my imagination, thoughts, drive took off from there. My heart and mind have been racing since!

I've read The Ultimate Guide for Beginners to Real Estate Investing(long title), Building Wealth One House at a Time, and someone just got me started on Multiple Streams of Income. Every day I'm spending 1-2 hours learning REI through reading, listening, watching, and it's became an addiction. Like to the point where there isn't any fear anymore because you know this is your calling. This is it and you won't fail.

No Investing experience but I have bought two new homes in the past four years. Lived in the first one a few years, market value went up 3% on average a year so sold that then took the equity and purchased our current home.

Goals, well I have many but my first one at hand is to acquire my first property by September this year. Then step down from my managers position in 2019 so I can invest more time and focus on making REI my full time business. I'll have twenty buy n holds by then and have flipped five properties. Those currently are my short and mid term goals. Long term would be to enter multiple markets after five years, play in an online space, then turn my REI business over to my son in my early 40's then passively invest in other REI investors and businesses.

Mobile homes, multi family, and single family have my attention at the moment. Just trying to funnel that down to one to start with.

I'm a little stuck at the moment. I don't have much capital to play with, so once I have this business plan finished(this week) I will be trying to connect with friends, family, accuantences, and others to find private lending. I have no experience so it will be difficult but I'm aggressive, driven, creative, and a quick learner so with enough effort I'll find the "how".

So, that's where I have been, where I am, and where I'm going. Super pumped to be part of this community!
