I got ripped off $550 on that same site.. Paid the $550 then they wanted $3400 and them More money at close... I STOPPED at $550 and have never seen anything since... I would Stay away.. I have turn them in but I NEVER got any money... only Paid.. In my Opinion CIX Connect Investors is a BREEDING ground for Scammers.. 

So what is meant by the "Shoulder Season" in areas... That is the first I have heard that term??

So Is Fort Wayne in this Demographics of what you guys are talking about or is it too far north? seems like some good deals up in Fort Wayne I get out there maybe 3 times a year but really don't know anyone there.. do I need to just come see you guys for info?? I am from Utah but seems like there are some good deal in Indiana? true or false?
