Buy a house with your 25K.. make some money and learn.... real life is real! Classroom learning is theory until practiced... doing it .... there are no secrets there are those who do and those who want to do.... most of the wanters spend money in seminars... and become seminar addicts... those who do spend money on house and become investors... Listen to the BP pod casts ask questions and DO IT!  Spent time in a classroom or spend time working real estate that is really the choice... If you do it.. you will be happier... if you keep going to classes .... well see you here Next year posting when you buy your first house :-)...... good luck... that is all I have to say about that..... you can do it!!

@Tyson Volpi  Lots of effort goes into being a real estate investor... tough to just sit on a computer and make it need to mingle to make your pockets jingle.. 

@Tyson Volpi Rub shoulders with the investors.. go to your local REIA group... there is one in Ogden they meet the first Tuesday of the month in Ogden.. www.nureia.org.  see you there Tyson...

I have networked at the local REIA they meet in Ogden first Tuesday of the month www.nureia.org... for info... on this site too.. Good place for other investors to tell you about their duplex's and sometimes off load one..

Hey looking to see if anyone has some contacts for Contractors and Property Management people in Carbon County, Emery County Utah... Also wondering if the economy is getting better or worse down here.. .. always looking and seems like things are starting to turn in the little Valley... Any input would be GREAT..
