I am looking to buy my first property, I recently meet with a loan officer and got approved for 400k. I would like to get connected with an agent in the San Bernandino area, looking to start with a duplex but more in the 250k-300k price range. Thank you all!

You can find $250-$300k duplexes in Hemet, San Jacinto, Apple valley. Look for local agent in those cities.
