From house hacking to investor in Pueblo, CO

Hello BP community. My name is Andrew and I recently relocated to Pueblo from Denver. My wife and I were very successful with a house hack the last 6 years but are no longer interested in having 4 roommates!  

Right now my goal is at least 1 property a year. I am leaning towards SFH or small multi-family. I have a great day job that pays well but want to accelerate the path to financial independence.
