馃挜Jamil Damji, also known to some as the Godfather of Wholesaling broke into real estate shortly after moving from LA where he worked as a comedian.

Well,

i dove in....Want to accelerate my learning curve and my earning curve...In week 1 of the course. They only unlock 2 weeks of the 6 week course every 7 days. Sort of fluffy, mindset material in week one. Week 2 delves into REI principles. Solid, private FB group. 2x/week mentoring calls. Seems legit.

    I'm excited to attend I've watched a couple of Jamil's interviews on other platforms and he is legit. Plus I just got my Georgia Realtor license last week and looking forward to network. See you there!

    That's awesome! Congrats on joining the program sounds very legit. In fact, I just joined a similar program with Brent Daniels (TTP Program). I'm in my second day-first week of the training modules and from what you are explaining it's almost identical to the astro flipping program you're in. Stay motivated my friend! I hope you get a killer first deal in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area!

    @George Edwards we would love to have you out at one of the next events to meet in person.

    Our next two, same location are on December 19 & January 16th. Usually the 3rd Thursday of the month.

    interesting, you both are learning from  two different coaches.  I have looked at them both.  I think the Astroflipping is a bit different from your regular wholesaling because they teach you how to work with other wholesalers to make the deals which mean you can do more than the norm.. you work with the other wholesalers instead of making them your competition. I think its an awesome concept. I just did not go through with it because 1 I thought it was too costly and it sounds like there is another class after the first one.  Why can't the course give you all you need with one cost?  Please let us know how it goes.

    @Dean Carter I'm curious, how did the rest of the program go? I'm new to wholesaling and just talked to Frank Cimrhanzel from KeyGlee as part of the free initial conversation yesterday. I'm interested but not sure, and would love to hear about your experience in the program if you wouldn't mind sharing!

     Hi Andrew,

    I'm still working a full-time W2, investing part-time.  Making many connections and learned alot in the course though some of the mindset material in the first two weeks I could have done without.  Haven't closed a deal yet, but will be focusing more on investing soon.  I think the course is legit.  Knowledge and mentoring aren't cheap, invest in yourself and go for it!
