Podcasts, REIA, read...read...read....The REIA's are excellent for networking. It is highly likely you will be able to find a partner...someone with experience who needs help bird dogging, maybe a little capital contribution, etc. ...you can learn from doing with them.

BP is the most complete investing site that I know of...you came to the right place.  

No, Josh, I do not work that area.  I do like to keep my eye on what is going on around the State, though.  I have seen some interesting things on the East coast further south of you, particularly around Titusville.

Way to go, Matthew. Read and listen as much as possible.  I have been in the business for years and every day is a new learning experience.  There are lots of ways to be successful in this business.  

Hi Joshua, how are you finding the Atlantic Beach market?  Have you purchased yet?  

Yeah, we did a couple of smaller deals on the west side of 56th. The area is not as bad as suitcase city area, as Dave explained, but it is definitely a lower end working class neighborhood and tenancy can be a challenge.  Are you planning on managing yourself?
