Newbie in Jacksonville Florida

Hello everyone, my name is Josh Kable. I have been on here for a while, reading and listening to the pod casts. This is all still very new to me so I am trying to learn as much as I can. My experience is in construction (mostly remodels), not investing. This is really a great site, and the pod casts are so informative and entertaining.
