Hello everyone. My name is Will Gaylord and I am 23 years old. I am currently living in upstate New York but leaving in 2 weeks for Orlando, Florida. My girlfriend and I are making the move for me to start school at MMI and we also would like to get away from the cold weather. I currently do not have any real estate experience but I joined to hopefully learn some things so I can eventually get in the game. I am mainly interested in the idea of buying and holding for rental property. Thats pretty much everything for now, Thank you!
