@Len Grosso I'm familiar with the Chicago market, but most of my actual experience is in the college town of Champaign, IL, about 2 hours south of Chicago. The deal I mentioned is near Champaign.

I'm Tyion Bridgeman, a broker with Keller Williams Realty. I have experience working with first time home buyers. seasoned investors, and everyone in between. I pride myself on putting the same effort in $50k> single family residential's that I do in million dollar properties. (ok only one million+ property so far but I want to change that soon).
