I’m looking to take and get my real state agent license. I want to get it to have access to the mls and learn more about contracts, laws, sub-to’s, learn and know the market, also run accurate comps. Do the classes or courses teach you all of this or did you guys have to learn it on your own?

Thanks I’m advanced guys

Hey @Elvis Briseno, my real estate course did not go over any of that. Ironically, it doesn't teach you how to be an agent, only how to not get sued. If you are not planning to get clients or do a lot of business for yourself I don't think it is worth the annual fee for licenses, credit hours, etc. You can find most of the MLS information on Zillow. I would suggest you find an agent you want to work with and have them send you a blank sales agreement and tell you how to run comps. They obviously use that agent for your deals.
