@Joe Haine sorry to be blunt but you want to spend $10 per month to make thousands per month? I’d throw that theory out because you are not really looking for resource to scale a business from. I’d seriously look at spending a bit more to automate your business and make it scalable to meet growth needs. Good luck to your future.

@Daniel Mendez I would start with a basic CRM that automates your procedures. I use a Podio. I have scaled it to meet my needs.

@Gilberto Fuentes. It was mentioned to use a system to manage your VA's. That's essential and downright crucial for business growth. You must incorporate a system into your operations so that you can have a platform for your VAs to work from. Also, they will only be as effective as you have trained them. If you have specific instructions that they can follow, they will be effective for you. If not they will get confused as you will get frustrated. And, you can always expand by bringing on more VAs. I'm sure you are in this business to grow. Like taking the profits from your residuals and parlaying them to other investment avenues. In order to do so you need a versatile system that will scale with your growth!

@Karen Higgins I built my system using Podio as a platform. I’ve been using it now for over 7 years. You will get a lot of comments on the good and bad of CRMs but I live by the philosophy that you should build and define your processes first, then build the tool to accommodate the processes. Podio is not easy and most investors don’t have time to program it. The key is to build your business system so it’s scalable as you grow. Bringing on new features so you can expand your team. Therefore, getting you further away from the day to day operations and allowing you to become the entrepreneur, managing from the 10,000 foot level. Good thing is I built my system to accommodate lead management, repair cost estimating, project management for rehabs and buyer relations.

Hey Brandon!  Thanks for trying it out. I did see the emails tests come through!  👌. The customers I build the form for can have the wording say whatever they want. This one just so happens to request it every other week because it’s a vacation rental here in Florida.

Yes you must have a soft phone addon in your rig. There is one in particular that integrates with Podio. You can find it in your integrations list under the question mark.

@Rafael Gonzalez. I normally build my own via Podio and use a webform I can publish for the cold callers to use.

@Patrick Jackson. Here is a form I built for remote investors to keep up via their property managers.
