Why not just use Podio and have it built for exactly what you need vs all the fluff you won’t use?

I love Podio...I couple the Craigslist scrapes that I do for each major city and pull the relevant fixer uppers, contact the sellers and make offers.  Podio allows me to integrate the workflows and task management functions right along with it.  As long as you keep the fluff out of your rig, then you can scale it to grow with your company.

I use Podio. Simply put its customizable and scalable. I have been doing investing for many years and I am blessed with business growth. I have been integrating computer systems and programs since I was 17. So, I will say first you are on the right path to consider a crm to begin with. It’s essential to your growth and doing it earlier vs later to play catch up is a noble move. There are a lot of solutions and you will get many suggestions in this forum.  Weigh your options and pick according to your needs.
