Best strategies to find off market deals
Hey BP Community!
What are the best strategies when looking for off market deals in Chicago for a house hack?

I'm not in the Chicago market @Claire Rosenberg however, one of my favorite strategies is combing through rental listings that have been sitting on zillow, craigslist etc. for a month or more. Response rates tend to be higher and it's very unlikely you'll be up against any other competition :-)
