We have used various software programs for our real estate investments but I am looking for others input. We have used Building, Appfolio, Propertyware, and Rentredi but they all seem to be missing some part that could make them perfect. Any members using the perfect package?

@Coby Federowski do rentals as that can help you pay your student loans that may remain after Biden cancels whatever he decides to do.

@Mike Blackwell Not to whip a dead horse, but what kind of complimentary tools are you working on? What is your current perspective on what is needed? Project management? CRM? Property management? Accounting? Prospecting? Please elaborate your focus.

@Catia T. I've been doing REI for 40 years and am not afraid of taking calculated risks. But this deal at 100,k per door is foolish. In these neighborhoods the most I would pay is 60-70k per door....and that's giving benefits to the seller for his financing. Also, how many units haven't paid due to covid? At a lower price you can afford PM by a real company as you'll need it. If you buy at this price your only exit strategy will be to use the greater fool theory. Use your brain and I think you will see this deal only is good for him. Good luck with your decision. No disrespect is meant in this post as I am just trying to get to the point.
