@Joseph ODonovan

What are you smoking? AMC and other meme stocks are closer to there end. And I'm also interested on how you'll guarantee that it will go over $100? I can have diamond hands but not with something like AMC.

I agree. The real gems are bought before the foreclosure process.

@Alexis York

I love condos but a lot depends on the association. They can make your life hell if they are of that ilk. Power corrupts.

Generally speaking the answer is no. But ask each development if they allow your situation. But I suspect they will say no.

Successful challenges happen a lot but you have to do your homework and be prepared to show why they are wrong. Similar complex sale, appraisal, loss to building, neighborhood decline, etc.

@George Pappas you could also use a prop mgmt program like rentredi that will help you in areas as well. It also has a mobile app for both Apple and Android for tenant and landlord. We have some pretty sophisticated software for all of our ventures but I do test out a number of other programs in specific areas and we use rentredi for a few of our houses and it works great.

@Heather De lap We had a similar problem 4 years ago where the water utility said we went through an extra 100,000 gallons in one month. Yes you read that right. Had to go an administrative hearing and prove to them that 100,000 gallons couldn't even have flowed through the pipe in a month. They agreed with my logic and reduced it to my average usage and installed a new meter.

@Supada L. I'm curious. What is your dollar amount to your PM? Also are they the one that Rootstock recommended?
