Hamilton County Foreclosure Experience
Newbie here. No real experience except with my primary residence and following BP for the past few years.
I heard BP 396 and became fascinated with foreclosures. The process of searching public records, the thrill of finding potential value, standing out in a competitive real estate investing market and offering potential solutions to homeowners in need all played roles in me wanting to learn more.
I have read Bidding to Buy. I would like to attend a courthouse auction in the near future. Anybody here have a specific experience with the Hamilton County foreclosure auctions? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

@Seth Fopeano I have attended and purchased properties at the Hamilton County foreclosure auctions for many years.
Currently it is very competitive and what I would consider very few deals to be had, partially because of the hot market and also because of the low supply of properties. Also the foreclosure process in Ohio is very different today than it was a few years ago. I don't want to crush your dream, but now is not a good time to get into this field. Feel free to reach out to me with more specific questions and processes.
