@Kevin Gallagher I purchased 26 units in this market in the last 12 months. The path of progress is the “street car” project which runs from downtown to the plaza. Values and rents will be higher in 4 yrs. I REALLY LIKE WESTPORT AREA My agent/ brokers name is Cary Stronach, He’s a rockstar If your looking to partner let me know I’m buying $1-$3m more in next 12 months .

@Joel Florek Thx Joel! My net worth gOAL IS focused based on passive income of $20k per month. I have a 7 plex, 1 14 plex and this 5 plex with a positive CashFlow of appox $8. It’s my first year so I’m off to a good start... I also like to hike and hit the beach...

@Thomas S. The property was 100% financed with a first and the use of a equity line. The property is CashFlowing $600 per month. I’m not a flipper. I have bought 3 buildings this year with 26 units.
