@Stacie Lynn

I’m looking for a similar meetup in the Poway / Rancho Penasquitos area.

I’m a local accredited investor with seven figures in cash sitting in a money market account ready to invest. I have been selling San Diego condos I bought in 2009 and buying units in KS MO.

If you can’t find something let’s start one

@Kenneth White

Ask him “ if you were starting out again and wanted to make millions in today’s real estate cycle. What 3 books would you read?”

At the end ask him if you can check in with him in 3-6 months.

@Nick Quarandillo

What about talking a few real estate classes? Take Business law for sure and real estate principles. Once you start making money it’s difficulty to find time to just learn.

You might also like macro and micro economics.

@Jacob Rincon

I bought my first condo here in San Diego when I was 26 year old.

Starting young is the key. Now 25 yrs latter investing early has make me millions of dollars. The key is living a debt free life and learning to live off 50-70% of what to make. A car payment is your biggest obstacle.

I would read the millionaire next door

And David Lindahl Multifamily Millions to start.

Right now I would be looking to get into your first condo for about $300k near imperial beach or near your work.

Pm me if you want to talk. Sat and Sun work best

@George Freeman

Read David Ramsey book Total $ makeover.

Then read David Lindals Muti Family millions.

You can’t help others until you help your self first. On an airplane put on our own oxygen mask then help other.

Ask you brother to make monthly payment or even better sell the car and get rid of that debt. You goal should be to get debt free and then save $10k plus.

Then learn , then invest.

Since you live in Boston, I would attend David Linahals ultimate partner conf in Sept 2019.

If your interested in KS MO you could by a 3-5 plex.
