@Meng Long Use LoopNet.com and look for a property in Imperal beach. Just buy a $400k condo and utilize the tax benefits. FYI I’m selling condos here in San Diego and buy units in KS MO . The CashFlow is much better there right now. I bought San Diego back in 2010....
