@Jack B. I just moved $600k to cash by selling some stock to get ready for the next downturn. I’m staying away from sfr and doing muti- family . I’m also starting to look at storage and Mobile home parks.

@Adam Skay I would sell the sfr and 1031 trade into a building. 30–100 doors I made that transition this year. 1 door no more.

@David Cole I made the mistake of selling a couple of condos “income producing Assets” Assete About 15 Yrs Ago. That cost me $500k plus Because your condo is $200 month positive , simple do nothing , let your tennet pay down your debt and in 15 yrs the condo will be worth a lot more. You hit the lotto with this location because of Amazon... keep it
