New member looking to explore Nashville’s AIRBNB/VRBO market

Hi everyone! This is my first post in the forums. My names Danny I’m 23 years old from northwest Indiana. I’ve been investing locally for the last two years doing flips. I’ve done 6 flips to date and now I’m looking to explore other ways to invest. I’ve been listening to the podcast for quite some time now and it’s made me feel a little more comfortable jumping into multi units so I have my first offer in on a 2 unit duplex that I plan to house hack. This however is not at all why I’m writing this post. I’m looking to network with people in the Nashville Tennessee area that have some experience or knowledge with Airbnb’s and vrbo’s. I’ll be in Nashville November 23-25th and would love to meet up with someone that could show me some of what they’re working on and just the ins and outs of Nashville. I know it’s a shot in the dark but figured I’d give it a try. Thanks in advance!
