Lol, can be a lot worse.  Like not paying rent....pot smokers are harmless.  Imagine if it was a drunk.  Good luck, you’ll be fine.  

@Patrick Bavaro he’s not right, it’s weed!! Have a man to man conversation and you’ll be surprised how receptive he will be. I’d he’s dealing drugs, that’s a totally different issue. It’s weed people!! Get a grip.

@Darius Ogloza I’m currently trying to purchase a multifamily. It’s a 2 unit in 1 structure. Mortgage person is telling me rate for a 30 year is 3.625. And i have to pay a point (2000). Does this sound right ?

@Ian Walsh give it a few months when this directly hits people financially. There’s no movement now because it hasn’t truly hit us. This economy will be terrible!! I love hearing re agents acting like everything is ok- just wait!!
