@Tim Richter that price is insane, mice tend to come in when it starts getting cold. Seal up all holes with proper spray foam ( rodent problem) set traps….. I would hold off putting poison as they can die in walls.

@Jeff Laniado what’s the interest rate your getting? My broker said Fannie and Freddie Mac are now charging about a point higher just because it’s an investment. Does anyone know of this??
