Down to the tenant not paying and the eviction is granted. Yes, it does take time and if you don’t follow the law, it will take more time to refile. I would hire a lawyer to prevent mistakenly filing out the proper paperwork. I learned this the hard way.

@Mitchell J. Go in each unit and flush the toilets, you will hear of the water is still running if it’s the toilet flapper. I would start there.

@Kirsten Milliken I recently was under contract for a duplex, self- employed. My mortgage broker highly recommended to keep me off the loan and use my wife solo. In addition, my business is up 7% from ytd I chose to take her advise and closed yesterday.

@Kenneth Hynes refinish them, they seem to be in good condition. Cheaper than doing a new floor with installation.
